Role Overview

Fairmont & Associates is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to Partners and Associates in the Corporate practice group. The successful candidate will be a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination - Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence - Maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of legal administrative experience (law firm preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Superior organizational and communication skills - Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
